Booking privacy notice

House of Light processes your data only to create, manage and communicate about your reservation.

We process your name, phone number, email, restaurant, date, time, party size and any notes you choose to add.

The data is used to check availability, save and confirm the reservation, make changes and organise restaurant service. We do not use it for marketing without separate consent.

Personal booking data is kept for up to 365 days after the reservation date, then anonymised unless longer storage is required by law or for a dispute.

The system runs on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure; Resend is used for email confirmations. Providers receive only the data needed to deliver their service.

You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@hol.lv (Jurmala) or riga@hol.lv (Riga).

Visit analytics is enabled only after your choice. Analytics events never include your name, email, phone number or booking notes.
